Tom Eaglehouse is the founder and CEO of The Estate and Retirement Planning Center, where he and his team specialize in showing retirees, pre-retirees and widows how to preserve, protect and pass on their hard-earned retirement nest egg. He is committed to educating as many retirees as possible through his teaching, writing and speaking, including a regular series of public informational seminars.

Tom is an author, speaker and retirement planner who has appeared on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX TV. For the past four years, he is a Tribune Review “Quest for the Best” award winner for financial planning. Tom shares his tax-saving wisdom as the author of “The Elder Care Atlas,” and in various articles and media, including USA Today and The Wall Street Journal.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Arts in business and finance from Saint Vincent College. He holds his life and health insurance license in Pennsylvania and has passed the Series 65 securities exam.

When he is not helping his clients more fully enjoy their retirement, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, Linda, and their five children and eight grandchildren, exercising and traveling. Tom lives in Greensburg.


Elder Law and Tax Attorney

A 1981 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Gregory Moore has 35+ years’ experience as a practicing attorney with offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Greensburg, Pennsylvania. He specializes in estate planning, estate administration, and tax and business succession planning.

Gregory has written numerous articles on estate planning and has appeared as a consultant on a number of local radio talk shows, including WTAE’s “Money Talk” and WHJB’s “On Your Money.” Additionally, Gregory conducts informational workshops and seminars for government, business, professional and civic organizations. He has presented courses on estate and tax planning for the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board and the Penn State Greater Allegheny Certified Public Accountants Series.

Gregory is a former lecturer for the Career Development Center of Saint Vincent College, Latrobe, Pennsylvania, on estate planning, estates and trusts. He is also a former solicitor for the Westmoreland County Register of Wills.

In the community, Gregory is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a member of the Westmoreland County Bar Association.


Family Legal Center, LLC

Laura Cohen is the founder and managing member of Family Legal Center, LLC in Monroeville, Pennsylvania where she has practiced since 1996 in the areas of Family
Law and Estate Planning and Administration. Ms. Cohen received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Ms. Cohen is a certified mediator and is also
trained in Collaborative Law. She has served on the Board of Directors of Neighborhood Legal Services Association as a member of the Executive Board and is also a member of
the Family Law Section and Probate and Trust Sections of the Allegheny County Bar Association. Ms. Cohen is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as well as
a member of the Collaborative Law Committee of the the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Ms. Cohen is a member of the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. She is also
a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation. Ms. Cohen is a Senior Hearing Committee Member of the Pennsylvania
Disciplinary Board serving the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. She served from 2006 through 2012 and was reappointed as a Senior Hearing Committee member in 2015
through June of 2018.

Attorney Cohen resides in North Huntingdon with her husband and she has two grown daughters.
